Fant en leilighet på finn.no i går kveld og sendte de som leier den ut en mail. I dag fikk jeg svar på den mailen.. og jeg må si at den er lite troverdig.. [8D]
Før jeg setter inn mailen så må jeg si at vi IKKE stoler på noe sånt i det hele tatt! Og skriver ikke under på NOENTING av NOE som helst.

Thank you for your interest in renting my apartment.
My name is Danny and I am the owner of the apartment along with my wife Christina. We are both lawyers on the UK defense court and we bought the apartment as a holiday residence. In two months we will have our first baby and we decided that for at least 2 years (when our child will grow) we will not use the Norwegian apartment. By the way I am sorry for contacting you in english but my Norwegian is very poor, I hope this will not be a problem for you.
Anyway this will be a first time when we will be the Landlords, and we decided that's it's the best for us to do our homework and find out how things work on the norwegian market.
At first we want some references if possible and a few details about you and the persons with whom you will be living with in the apartment (names/profession), and secondly we will not accept tenants that are receiving money from institutes or associations ( we heard about tenats that destroyed apartments and the institutes refused to cover the costs and we don't want that to happen ) we want a tenat that can pay the rent from his own money. We don't want to be rude or offend you in any way but we care about our special place from Norway.
We will not bother you with anything, we just want that you will feel like home. As long as the rent is covered on time, we will all be happy. Everything will be done according to the Norwegian legislation. This means that we will use the Norwegian Tenancy Contract for Dwellings - 14 edition 6/08 from the Norwegian National Federation of House Owners.
The rent will be 5800 NOK with everything included (heating/internet/tv/cable and electricity - you don't have to make a contract on your name).
You will not share the apartment with anyone, you will have the whole place for yourself. You can rent the place furnished or unfurnished, what you don't need you can store at the buidling storage area.
At this time we can't arrange any viewings because of our situation from here. I have to take care of my wife clients because she can't work anymore, and I am busy most of my time.
We prefer to do this by postal service (we will send you the keys and contract by i-Mail - The keys and contact will arrive at your address in 2 days).
Let us know if you are still interested in the apartment and I will send you a full description of the apartment and the step by step procedure of the rental process.
